Laxman M D is a Talent Acquisition Leader with a proven track record of strategic TA transformation, TA innovation, executive recruiting, and building high-performing inclusive teams that drive business strategy forward. With over two decades of experience, Laxman is currently the Head of Global Hiring at Capgemini India, where he leads a 150+ member offshore TA team that supports global hiring across APAC, UK, Europe, and North America. Prior to his current role, Laxman served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Angulus IT Services Private Limited, where he was responsible for scaling and transforming the organization into a global SaaS powerhouse. He was in charge of all non-R&D aspects of Angulus IT's operations. He also served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Plintron, where he headed talent acquisition for both R&D and services organizations. Laxman holds an MBA in HRD and Systems from the Department of Management Studies (DOMS), Madurai Kamaraj University, and a BSc in Physics from The American College, Madurai. With 19.28 years of relevant experience, Laxman is a talent acquisition expert who is passionate about building high-performing teams that drive business growth.
